Exchange Policy

1. NO RETURN POLICY
At Kaenora Luxury, we strive to provide the highest quality artisanal pieces. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products once sold.
We encourage our clients to review the sizing guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges for the same item or another item of equal or higher value within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original luxury packaging with all tags and labels intact.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at kaenoratextilesofficial@gmail.com with photographic evidence. We will facilitate a priority exchange for the same item at no additional shipping cost to you.
4. HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our concierge team via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Once the exchange is approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to our facility (address details to be provided during approval).
- The cost of shipping for the exchange is to be borne by the client, except in cases of damaged/defective goods.
5. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items purchased during special "Final Sale" events or custom-made/personalized pieces are not eligible for exchange.
