While we make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual colors of the physical item. Minor variations in craftsmanship are a hallmark of artisanal production and are not considered defects.

2. ONLINE STORE ENGAGEMENT

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Per our commitment to quality, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery as detailed in our Exchange Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original luxury packaging.
