We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days of your order being placed. Custom or bespoke orders may take longer, and you will be notified of the estimated dispatch date during the ordering process.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We offer complimentary shipping on domestic orders over ₹10,000.
3. DELIVERY PARTNERS
We work with premium logistics partners like Shiprocket, BlueDart, and Delhivery to ensure your luxury items are delivered safely and on time. You will receive a tracking ID as soon as your order is shipped.
4. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at kaenoratextilesofficial@gmail.com. All our shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
