1. DISPATCH PHILOSOPHY

Every Kaenora piece is inspected and packaged with meticulous care. We aim to dispatch all ready-to-wear orders within 2-4 business days. For bespoke or personalized orders, please allow up to 7-10 business days for our artisans to finalize your masterpiece.

2. COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders within India above ₹2,000. For orders below this threshold, a nominal logistics fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

Once your order has been handed over to our premium courier partners (BlueDart, Shiprocket, or Delhivery), you will receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp with a tracking ID. You can monitor the journey of your package in real-time through the link provided.

4. TRANSIT TIMES

• Major Metros: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4-7 business days from dispatch.
• International: 7-12 business days depending on customs clearance.

5. SECURE PACKAGING

All items are shipped in our signature luxury tamper-evident packaging. If the security seal is broken or the package appears damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the delivery and contact our concierge immediately.

6. TAXES & DUTIES

For domestic orders, all prices are inclusive of GST. For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the client and must be paid upon delivery.
